  • Entire conference package in Single Accommodation : INR 33,750.00 or Equivalent in US$/ Euro
  • Entire conference package in Double Accommodation: INR 38,750.00 or Equivalent in US$/ Euro
  • Entire conference package on Twin Sharing basis: INR 19,375.00 or Equivalent in US$/ Euro

Currency of payment: Indian Rupee (INR) or Equivalent amount in US$ or Euro [Please apply the current
foreign Exchange rates for converting INR to US$ or Euro]

Please note that due to strong Indian rupee and weak US Dollar at the present moment, we have decided to keep INR as the currency of payment.

Refund Policy

  1. On or before 17th July 2008: Refund will be made after the conference with a deduction of 25% from the paid amount. All bank charges related to the refund will be charged to the participant.
  2. On or before 17th August 2008: Refund will be made after the conference with a deduction of 50% from the paid amount. All bank charges related to the refund will be charged to the participant.
  3. After 17th August 2008: No Refund.
